THIS AGREEMENT: authorizes and requests the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science to advertise the business of said advertiser in these publications as indicated below: JAALAS, National Meeting Preliminary Program, Reference Directory, National Meeting Official Program, Comparative Medicine, AALAS in Action, and on the AALAS web site.
GENERAL INFORMATIONAn insertion order must be submitted for each publication along with a copy of the ad. Failure on the part of the advertiser to provide copy by date of closing constitutes an authorization to the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science to insert suitable copy for agreed space herein set forth. Also, all negatives are destroyed after one year.
JAALAS, AALAS in Action, the National Meeting Preliminary Program, the Reference Directory, the National Meeting Final Program, and Comparative Medicine retain the right to refuse advertisements which, in the opinion of the editor or the Executive Director, are false, misleading, in poor taste, or in conflict with the purposes of the American Association for Laboratory Animal Science.
Please remember that the advertising in AALAS publications and all other printed and electronic media is not commissionable. This contract shall be construed as a severable contract.
