Required files: A letter from the candidate's immediate supervisor stating approval to attend the National Meeting if selected for the award plus financial need for the award, a letter describing why the candidate should receive the award, and two letters of recommendation (please paste both letters in a single file)

Acceptable Formats: Word, WordPerfect, or plain text format

File names: Name files according to the candidate's last name, first initial, and the file classification-sl for supervisor's letter, nl for nomination letter, or rl for recommendation letters. Example:

smithjsl.doc: John Smith's supervisor's letter

smithjnl.doc: John Smith's nomination letter

smithjrl.doc: John Smith's recommendation letters
