Project Modification Post Award
A GLAS recipient may experience unforeseen obstacles and challenges in the conduct of a GLAS project and may need to modify the project post award to accomplish study objectives. Post-award changes require AALAS' prior approval before a recipient modifies the project.
Examples of common types of post-award changes requiring prior approval are in:
- Scope
- Procedures
- Animal model
- Budget
- Key staff
Please submit a Project Modification Form to glas@aalas.org.
A no-cost extension of a project deadline (thus final report deadline) may be made on request by email without a modification form. Requests should be emailed to glas@aalas.org. A six-month extension is granted routinely.
