AALAS National Meeting: Advertise and Sponsor

Maximize your presence at the AALAS National Meeting and inform AALAS meeting attendees that you support the organization and its goals. The generous contribution of sponsors towards the meeting helps improve the quality of the meeting experience for all attendees. As the meeting is now completely virtually, sponsorship opportunities have changed.

Sponsorship Levels

  • President: $10,000
    • Video commercial played during the Opening General Session
    • Video commercial before 3 educational sessions
    • 2 full-page, 4-color ads in publications of your choice or digital ads of comparable value
  • Gold: $5,000
    • Video commercial before 3 educational sessions
    • 1 full-page, 4-color ad in publication of your choice or digital ads of comparable value
  • Silver: $2,500
    • Video commercial before 2 educational sessions
    • 1 half-page, 4-color ad in publication of your choice or digital ads of comparable value
  • Bronze: $1,500
    • Video commercial before 1 educational sessions
    • 1 1/4-page, 4-color ad in publications of your choice or digital ads of comparable value

Sessions for sponsor videos are chosen on a first-come basis. There is a limit of 2 available slots per session.

Advertising Opportunities

NM Emails. Pre-meeting emails are sent by AALAS to all current members as well as the prior 3 years’ meeting attendees. Provide a banner image for the emails that will link to your company’s website. $750 / 10 available

AALAS Website Banners. Have your banner ad on the AALAS website. Advertisers can purchase 190 x 107 pixel ads that can include a hyperlink to company’s web sites. See page 21 for complete pricing details for AALAS website banner ads. $380–$465 / unlimited

September/October and/or November/December LAS Pro. Both issues will feature National Meeting content and are excellent avenues to promote your company's virtual space.

Mailing List Rentals. Promoting your products and services to a targeted audience with an AALAS list rental is a cost-effective way to reach the leaders in the laboratory animal sciences market. Multiple demographic options, including geography, position and more, along with regular updates result in maximized response rates for your messages. Postal and email address rentals are available from our list management provider, INFOCUS Marketing.Companies must be AALAS commercial members to qualify.
