Logging in to the Virtual Meeting Attendee Website

1. Click the Attendee Website link.

2. Enter your info. You'll be prompted to enter your first name, last name, and email address. Then click next.

3. Verify your account. You'll either receive an email (from Betty Cartwright) or text message containing a verification code. Read it, then return to your browser, enter the code, and click log in. You'll be logged in and taken to the attendee website's home page. Please check your spam folder for verification codes from Betty Cartwright for completing the login process.

NOTE: Verification codes can only be used once and expire after 24 hours. If you're logging in on multiple devices, you'll receive a new verification code for each.

Finding Virtual Content in the Meeting Platform

Select content from the meeting will be available to view by virtual meeting attendees until Friday, October 29, 2021. Sessions that are offered on the virtual platform show that at the bottom of each session listing. Please see the image below for an example.
