The Role of Incident Reporting in Responsible Science, will be on December 11, 2018 from 12:00 to 1:30 pm CT.
This webinar will:
- Describe the organizational structure of occupational, environmental and research safety programs at the University of Chicago
- Introduce a data management system that promotes collaboration in occupational, environmental and research safety
- Discuss and demonstrate capabilities of an incident reporting tool under development at the University
- Provide examples of formal “Lessons Learned” documents derived from incident investigations and root-causes analyses of incidents
